Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once your telehealth visit has been completed, as you have received the professional service of a licensed healthcare provider.
Medication & Program Fees
Due to the nature of prescription medications and regulatory requirements:
- Medications cannot be returned once shipped
- Monthly program fees are non-refundable once medication has been dispensed and shipped
- If you cancel before your medication ships, you may be eligible for a refund of that month's medication fee
Cancellation
You may cancel your program at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Medical Disqualification
If our provider determines during your consultation that you are not a candidate for treatment, you will receive a full refund of your consultation and program fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged or incorrect medication, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our pharmacy partner to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
