Syren Medical provides a platform connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers for weight loss and wellness consultations. All medical services are provided by independent, licensed physicians and healthcare professionals.

Important: Our services are not intended for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • A resident of a state where we are authorized to provide services
  • Able to provide accurate medical information

Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate medical information
  • Follow your provider's instructions and treatment plan
  • Report any adverse reactions or side effects immediately
  • Attend scheduled follow-up appointments
  • Pay all fees associated with your treatment

No Guarantee of Treatment

Consultation does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. Our providers will determine medical appropriateness based on your individual health profile and clinical judgment.

Prescription Medications

All medications are:

  • Prescribed by licensed healthcare providers
  • Dispensed by licensed, US-based pharmacies
  • Subject to medical review and approval
  • Your responsibility to use as directed

Billing & Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected program. Most programs are billed monthly and include medication, provider visits, and ongoing support. All fees are disclosed upfront. Refund policies are outlined separately.

Telehealth Consent

By using our telehealth services, you consent to receiving medical care via secure video or phone consultation. You understand that telehealth has limitations and may not be appropriate for all conditions.

Privacy & HIPAA

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your health information in compliance with HIPAA.

Limitation of Liability

Syren Medical is a platform connecting you with independent healthcare providers. We are not liable for the medical decisions, treatment outcomes, or actions of the providers using our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
